Description

The Makita DUX18Z 18V LXT Cordless Brushless Split Shaft Power Unit has an effective output of 470 watts and a two-speed drive system that will run up to 9,700 rpm in Hi; and 6,800 rpm in Lo speed. The DUX18Z features the soft start system to protect the operator from initial power loading, variable speed control, an electric brake and overload protection, coupled with AFT, Makita’s “Active Feedback Sensing Technology” that shuts down the tool if the rotation speed suddenly reduces or if the blade or line head snags.

The versatile attachments are easily fitted with a tool-less slide joint coupling with a simple clip-lock fixing the attachment securely in place. With any of the tool heads attached and the single 18v batteries clipped into the motor housing, the overall balance of the complete machine is excellent with the loop handle perfectly positioned for complete machine control and manoeuvrability.

Shipping & Returns

All orders are delivered using our vans or our special courier service. Deliveries are normally made on mondays to fridays unless special arrangements has been agreed. Your order will be dispatched within 1 - 3 working days of receipt (or sooner) using the service you have indicated.

Please note that orders placed after 3:30pm on a working day, may be processed from the next working day. For example, if an order is placed by 4pm on a Friday and 1 - 3 working day delivery option was selected, the order will be processed from Monday and estimated delivery day of either Tuesday or Wednesday.

• For UK offshore, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man there will be an additional carriage cost regardless of order value.

Next Working Day Delivery

• Next day delivery is available on all stock items ordered before 3:00pm (Monday – Thursday) irrespective of order value unless stated otherwise - £8.95 Carriage.
• Next Working Day Service is not available to UK offshore and Highlands.

Saturday Delivery

• Saturday delivery is available on all stock items ordered before 3:00pm Friday irrespective of order value unless stated otherwise - £20.00 Carriage.

Returns

• If, within 14 days, you wish to return an item for any reason the item must not have been used/opened and in resalable and working order, if this criteria is met the customer will be fully responsible for shipping the item/items back to us, this is to protect us from any form of collection fee we might experience and upon receipt of goods a refund will be issued should the item be in suitable condition.

Back Orders

• If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the expected delivery date and you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A refund would be made in this instance.

Tax Charges
