• The Union 2234E 5 lever British Standard Mortice sash lock is ideal for timber doors hinged on the left or right and the keys are suitable for doors up to 54mm thick. The 20mm deadbolt is locked or unlocked by the key from either side, for secure positive deadlocking and additional resistance against attack.
  This 2234E features an anti-pick, anti-saw and anti-drill security, Chamfered bolt design that increases the performance of the lock under side load testing. The chamfer of the bolt also makes drilling attack more difficult, Supplied with covered escutcheon to match forend. This lock has an unique pierced casing to accept bolt through door furniture.
• The 2234E series locks are recommended by insurance companies, kitemarked to BS3621: 2007 (British Standard) and has been approved by the police Secured by Design initiative. They are also covered by a 15 Year guarantee.

All orders are delivered using our vans or our special courier service. Deliveries are normally made on mondays to fridays unless special arrangements has been agreed. Your order will be dispatched within 1 - 3 working days of receipt (or sooner) using the service you have indicated.

Please note that orders placed after 3:30pm on a working day, may be processed from the next working day. For example, if an order is placed by 4pm on a Friday and 1 - 3 working day delivery option was selected, the order will be processed from Monday and estimated delivery day of either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Returns

• If, within 14 days, you wish to return an item for any reason the item must not have been used/opened and in resalable and working order, if this criteria is met the customer will be fully responsible for shipping the item/items back to us, this is to protect us from any form of collection fee we might experience and upon receipt of goods a refund will be issued should the item be in suitable condition.

Back Orders

• If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the expected delivery date and you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A refund would be made in this instance.
