• Carrying handle - The STIHL battery-powered lawn mower has a carrying handle integrated into the housing for ease of transport. The handle makes the cordless mower easier to load or return to the upright position. • Foldable grass catcher box - The innovative grass catcher box is made of plastic and features a folding mechanism that makes it particularly easy to open and empty. Special vanes in the box channel the air towards the ground, and so protect the user and lawn mower alike from dust and dirt that has been thrown up. A level indicator in the grass catcher box signals the right time to empty the box, saving it from being emptied too early or too late.
• Flow-optimised blades - The flow-optimised blade trims the grass with minimal resistance, only swirling the air as much as absolutely necessary. As a result it consumes minimal battery capacity, which means that the stored energy is sufficient for the largest possible area.

All orders are delivered using our vans or our special courier service. Deliveries are normally made on mondays to fridays unless special arrangements has been agreed. Your order will be dispatched within 1 - 3 working days of receipt (or sooner) using the service you have indicated.

Please note that orders placed after 3:30pm on a working day, may be processed from the next working day. For example, if an order is placed by 4pm on a Friday and 1 - 3 working day delivery option was selected, the order will be processed from Monday and estimated delivery day of either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Returns

• If, within 14 days, you wish to return an item for any reason the item must not have been used/opened and in resalable and working order, if this criteria is met the customer will be fully responsible for shipping the item/items back to us, this is to protect us from any form of collection fee we might experience and upon receipt of goods a refund will be issued should the item be in suitable condition.

Back Orders

• If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the expected delivery date and you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A refund would be made in this instance.
